Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • Cooked Rice - 3 cups
  • Eggs - 4
  • Onions - 2 (medium size ) cut them into thin long slices
  • Green Chillies - 4 cut them into long slices
  • Pepper Powder - 2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 4 tsp
  • Cilantro (finely chopped ) for garnishing


    Preparation:

    1. Take a pan and add oil.
    2. When oil is hot enough add onions, green chillies and fry until golden brown in colour.
    3. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute.
    4. Add pepper powder and fry for a min.
    5. Now Break the eggs into it and mix well. Allow the eggs to cook.
    6. When the eggs are done ,add cooked rice, salt,and mix well.
    7. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot
