Ingredients
Prawns - 2 lb
Egg - 1 no
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Lemon - 1 no
Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 tbsp
For garnishing:-
Onion(medium) - 1 no
Capsicum(medium) - 1 no
Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 tbsp
Preparation:
1)Marinate prawns with above ingredients for 4 hrs.
2)Deep fry the marinated prawns and keep aside.
3)Heat a litle oil in a pan or a kadai.
4)Fry chopped onions and capsicum.
5)Mix fried prawns, onions and capsicum.
6)Garnish with thinly sliced lime and coriander leaves.
