Preparation:
- Wash the karelas and remove the water.Chop them into thin circles.
- Now marinate chopped karela with little salt,turmeric and curd.Keep aside for 1 to 1/2 hour.
- After 1 hour drain the water.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame and fry the karela till they are crispy.
- Drain additional oil by patting them on paper towel.
- Sprinkle chilly powder,chaat masala and Crushed Garlic and enjoy.
